You can use Email Schedules to send Custom Reports on a recurring daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Email schedules are particularly useful if you would like to:
- Share a Custom Report with users who don’t have a Rigor login (Note: You can also use a Share Link for this purpose if you want to share an interactive view)
- Customize daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports
- Receive a report on a specific day of the week or month, or at a specific time
Emailed Reports work best when the report is set up to use relative times, such as “Last 24 hours” or “Last 7 days.”
To set up an email schedule, click Email at the top of the Custom Report.
Email Schedule Settings
First, select whether the report should be sent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. If you select “Every week”, you can then select which day and time in the week.
If you select “Every month”, you can choose which day of the month (1st, 2nd, 31st, etc.).
After selecting the frequency, choose the time of day and time zone. Reports can be sent on the hour or half-hour.
Note you may need to scroll up or down in a particular column to see additional options.
Next, you can specify the list of recipients in the “Send Report To” field. You can either choose to send the reports to Rigor Monitoring users or any email address. Please use care when entering email addresses manually to ensure the report ends up at the correct location. At least one recipient is required to save the email schedule.
Once you have configured your report click Save and your recipients will start receiving emails at the specified date and time. Please contact support if you do not receive your email when expected.
