How Do I Create A Port Uptime Check?

We can use a Port Uptime Check to test a server port via TCP or UDP protocol. There are two ways to create a new Port Uptime check:

1. Navigate to Uptime > + New > Port
2. From the side navigation, click + New > Uptime > Port

On the Basic tab:

• Name the check
• Supply the address of the host and port to monitor
• Select the locations from which it will run
• Adjust the check’s frequency

With all the basic required fields complete you can click ‘Create’ to start running the check or click on the Notification and Advanced tabs to find additional settings.
