In Rigor, each Real Browser Check has a Page Performance Report. Page Performance Reports help us compare the performance of individual pages from a multi-step user flow over time.
This view can be helpful for identifying which pages may be loading more slowly as part of an overall user flow. If one page has a much higher load time than other pages it may represent a bottleneck in a user flow.
We can use the metric selector on the Page Performance Report to see how the server times, DOM load times (render time), or page sizes for multiple pages trend over time.
This chart is a stacked area chart, so the areas for the pages stack on top of each other as we include more pages in the chart.
To navigate to a Real Browser Check’s Page Performance Report:
- Navigate to the read screen for the Real Browser Check
- Click Reports > Page Performance
Once viewing the Page Performance Report we can sort by locations, select a specific time frame to review, select specific pages, select different page level metrics, or click and drag on the report chart to zoom into a smaller time frame.
Notes: Updating the locations or timeframe will cause the chart to re-load and will clear any customized filters on the page or metric level.
